REFUND/EXCHANGE POLICY
Sass Boutique is dedicated to customer service and will make every opportunity to satisfy our customers. Unworn, tagged apparel may be exchanged within 7 business days of receipt. Customers must contact Sass Boutique via email ([email protected]) to notify the company of the return. Jewelry and Accessories cannot be returned or exchanged they are final sale. Items purchased from our Vintage Line are also final sale purchases.
Shipping & Handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable.
Exchange credits must be redeemed within 90 days through our customer service line.
